Howard Cook Jr was born on January 3, 1956, to the late Johnnie M. Cook Tyler and Howard Cook Sr. He accepted Christ at an early age at Mount Hood Missionary Baptist Church. Howard received his formal education at Summer Hill High School he graduated class of 1975. He preceded in death by his parents Howards Cook Sr. and Johnnie M. Cook Tyler, Sisters, Rosemary McDonald, and Johnnie R. Munford and a brother Calvin Cook. He is survived by one daughter Kantisha Graves of Clinton, MS, two brothers Herbert L. Stovall (Della) of Jackson, MS, Ondra Stovall of Milwaukee WI, three sisters Shelia Stovall of Jackson, MS, Devrion Cook Jiles (Bernard) of Milwaukee WI, Charlie Stovall of Memphis, TN, special cousin Eddie Mason (Lavern) of Milwaukee WI. Two aunts, Minnie Dixon of Jackson, MS and Bertha L. England of Hazelhurst, MS, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Howard spent many years in the packing and moving company industry. He was happy about his retirement he enjoyed fishing and hanging out with family and friends. Howard was the life of the party with killer dance moves and vast knowledge of music. He was our family DJ in his younger days. He was affectionately known as "Doc or Doctor Howard".
