Ebony Spears

Ebony Nicole Spears was born on October 25, 21988 in Jackson, MS to Rodney Spears and Cynthia Campbell Spears. She confessed her belief in Christ at an early age at Cathedral A.M.E. Zion Church in Jackson, MS. She later moved her membership to Greater Pearlie Grove M. B. Church under the leadership of Pastor Arthur Bridges, II. 

Ebony graduated from Clinton High School in 2016 and attended Hinds Community College in Utica, MS where she majored in Elementary Education. Ebony had a passion for working with children. 

Ebony leaves to cherish her memories: her loving mother, Cynthia Spears of Jackson, MS; father, Rodney Spears of Jackson, MS; her brother, Justic Spears of Texas, uncles and aunts, Ted (Mary) Campbell of Cleveland, MS, Robert (Susan) Campbell of Des Moines, IA, Bobby Campbell of Cleveland, MS and Pearlie Campbell of Cleveland, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Nora Lee Campbell and Julia Davis; and great grandparents, Ted Campbell and Thelma Campbell.
